  • Addressing employee inquiries and concerns
  • Handling disciplinary actions and terminations
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment

Policy and Compliance

  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Maintaining employee records and HR data

Training and Development

  • Identifying training needs
  • Coordinating training programs
  • Facilitating employee development

Other HR Functions

  • Managing employee benefits and compensation
  • Supporting HRIS and HR technology
  • Contributing to HR strategy and planning

Essential Functions

  • Strong experience in Saudi Governmental portals: QIWA, GOSI, Mudad and Labor Office
  • Strong experience and knowledge in Saudi Labor Law
  • Strong experience in overseas hirings management: Visa issuing, initiating work permits and residencies, relocation of Beyond Limits' newhires

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels and build rapport
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills: Ability to address employee issues and find solutions
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations: Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Organizational and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems: Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technology
