About the Role
BeyondAI is hiring a Senior AI Solutions Architect to lead enterprise AI solution design from early client engagement through business discovery, technical scoping, architecture definition, and delivery alignment.
This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can bridge business needs and technical execution. You will work with clients, sales, product, engineering, delivery teams, and partners to shape AI opportunities into clear, feasible, and scalable solutions.
The role requires strong architecture skills, business analysis capability, executive communication, and practical experience in pre-sales and delivery.
Must-have profile
This role is ideal for someone who has led enterprise AI solution shaping and architecture for complex client accounts, ideally within an AI product company, consulting firm, system integrator, or digital transformation organization.
Projects may include:
• Enterprise AI assistants and knowledge platforms
• Generative AI and RAG solutions for secure environments
• Predictive and prescriptive analytics for industrial and operational use cases
• AI-powered automation and decision-support solutions integrated with enterprise systems
• Hybrid, private cloud, or on-prem AI deployments for regulated and data-sensitive clients
Key Responsibilities
• Lead client discovery sessions, business workshops, and solution architecture discussions
• Understand current and future-state business processes and convert them into clear business requirements, feature lists, and user stories for implementation teams
• Produce strong requirement and solution artifacts, including BRDs, Solution Design Documents, architecture diagrams, scope, assumptions, and Statements of Work
• Engage confidently with both end users and senior client executives, with strong executive-level communication when gathering requirements or presenting solutions
• Build trusted client relationships and handle challenging stakeholder situations with professionalism and maturity
• Translate business needs into AI use cases, architecture options, and phased implementation plans
• Define end-to-end solution architectures across data, AI/ML, GenAI, applications, integrations, infrastructure, and security
• Assess data readiness, including data availability, access, quality, representativeness, and transformation requirements for the proposed solution
• Evaluate whether available data and knowledge sources are sufficient for the intended AI scope, and identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and assumptions
• Work closely with specialized AI leads across LLM, ML, computer vision, symbolic AI, and related domains to ensure the architecture is technically feasible, aligned to scope, and extensible for future releases
• Ensure the proposed solution fits the available AI infrastructure, delivery timeline, practical recent AI technologies, and the realities of the client’s data environment
• Define clear and measurable success criteria, including quantitative evaluation methods that compare the current state (AS-IS) with the future state (TO-BE)
• Support clients in understanding business impact, value proposition, and expected operational benefits
• Develop initial budgetary estimates and cost views covering infrastructure, licenses, and professional services
• Support pre-sales activities including proposals, RFP responses, demos, effort estimation, and solution positioning
• Partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from architecture into execution
Required Experience
• At least 12 years of related experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, technical consulting, business analysis, or complex technology delivery
• 15–20 years of experience is preferred
• Strong experience in AI/ML, advanced analytics, generative AI, or intelligent automation solution design
• Proven experience in client-facing roles that combine business discovery, pre-sales, and delivery-oriented architecture
• Experience designing solutions for large enterprises, government entities, or strategic accounts
• Track record of producing technical proposals, BRDs, SoWs, and architecture documentation for complex engagements
Required Skills
Strong experience in several of the following:
• Enterprise solution architecture
• Business analysis and process discovery, feature definition, and user story development
• Working with data engineering and enterprise integration team
• AI/ML solution design, generative AI, RAG, and agentic workflows

• APIs, enterprise systems integration, and interoperability
• Knowledge on SSO, RBAC, IAM, and enterprise security principles
• Delivery governance, solution estimation, and success measurement
• Executive communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in energy, industrial, mining, utilities, or government sectors
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms in secure, regulated, or data-sensitive environments
• Arabic language skills are a strong plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a related field
Why Join BeyondAI?
